Parenting classes

To empower our parents and to foster a good relationship between the parents and the school we offer parenting classes where parents get to discuss various issues and challenges that they face as parents and suggest solutions such as the ‘birds and the bees’. We are now working towards sessions with the children to discuss the ‘birds and the bees.’ We also invite professional psychologists who offer expert advice. We have also began Pastoral Preparation Instruction classes that are offered by Christ is the Answer Ministries, Athi River.

Parents Meeting

A parents meeting at the beginning of term is held in order to synchronize what is being taught in school with what is being taught at home. It also gives the parents an opportunity to be involved in their children’s education and to keep the school accountable. Another meeting is held at the end of the term where we review the students’ performance.

Open door policy

Parents are invited to spend a day in school with their children and assist in teaching that class. We highly recommend parents to participate in this way as they have found this to be an enlightening and enriching experience.
